The SIE Board envisions a procurement framework that prioritizes value for money while ensuring transparency in bidding processes. In alignment with this vision, SIE Procurement Department is committed to enhancing Bidder’s Pool by establishing a Procurement Hub aimed at facilitating the sharing of tender information and attracting potential bidders for bidding process through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) bidding software i.e. EPADS.

The inaugural tender uploading ceremony took place on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at the BOM-SIE conference room, presided over by the General Manager (Estate) and attended by the Secretary, Heads of Departments, and other esteemed colleagues. This step underscores the department’s dedication to transparency and efficiency in procurement processes.

HAPPINESS HOUR SESSIONS AT SUNDAR TRAUMA CENTRE, GATE NO 3 Board of Management, Sundar Industrial Estate.

Board of Management along with University of Management & Technology, (UMT) conducting “Happiness Hour” Sessions for providing psychological services to SIE Work force since December 2024.

The purpose of these Sessions are to provide free of cost psychological clinical need assessment and support to individuals working under high stress atmosphere be it anxiety, depression, worries, phobias or any other mental issue.
A detailed assessment is carried out by Professional Psychologist specially deputed by UMT, ensuring employees are properly assessed and therapy road map established. Regular follow-up sessions are also a part of this program for improvement.

These sessions have not only resulted in improvements in individual work/home balance but at the same time significant development at Organizational level have also been evident.

Mr. Waqar Azim, Managing Director Public Procurement Regulatory Authroity held an informative Workship on PPRA at SIE Confrence Room. Senior Staff from Sundar Industrial Estate, Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company, Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate & Multan Industrial Estate (Online) benefited learning experience about pervailing PPRA Rules, Regulations & Guidelines.

3rd Sundar Marathon held on 21st Feb, 2024 from Gate 1 to SIE Cricket Ground.
Mr. Moazzam Rasheed, SVP BOMSIE, Mr. Maaz Mahmood, President APBF/ Director BOD FIEMDC & Mr. Rao Amir Sohail, Member BOMSIE present on the occasion and handed over the prizes to the Winner.

Chief Guests while appreciating the event stressed for healthy activities for SIE residents & workers.

NADRA Facilitation Van Govt. of the Punjab Sundar visited Sundar Industrial Estate today & facilitated Residents with New / renewal of ID Cards, FRC, Birth Certificate etc.
