SMOG ALERT

As per Govt. of the Punjab, Environmental Act (Control / Reduction of Smog), use of Substandard Oil, Tyre prolysis Plants, Smog causing factories, Burning of Solid Waste & Smoke emitting Vehicles are prohibited.
Violators will be fined upto 10 lakh rupees including factory sealing & Registeration of FIR.

گورنمنٹ آف پنجاب نے صوبہ بھر میں پنجاب ماحولیاتی تحفظ ( سموگ روک تھام اور کنٹرول)
رولز 2023 کا نفاذ مورخہ 6 جون 2023 سے کر دیا ہے ۔ جس کے تحت غیر معیاری ایندھن کے استعمال، ٹائر پیر ولیس پلانٹ ، آلودگی پھیلانے والی فیکٹریوں کو چلانے، سالڈ ویسٹ کو جلانے اور دھواں چھوڑنے والی گاڑیوں پر پابندی عائد ہے ۔
خلاف ورزی کی صورت میں فوری کاروبار کی بندش دس لاکھ رویے تک جرمانہ اور FIR کا اندراج ہوسکتا ہے۔
