STRUCTURAL STABILITY:
Sundar Industrial Estate has maintained some standards which are to be followed by any person who does any kind of construction in the Estate premises. The Industrial structure shall be tested throughout its course of construction and stability of the adjoining building/utility and services/roads during the digging for basement shall be ensured.
All the materials shall be used strictly in accordance with the approved structural design and technical specification.
The construction of the structure shall be supervised by the owner and records of supervision shall be made.
