As per GOP Notification dated 14-09-2023. It is mandatory to take preventive measures to improve the ambient air quality. Following measures to be adopted to avoid EPA penalty.
• Avoid open burning of solid waste, tyres, rubber and plastic etc.
• Compliance of dust generating units, boilers & furnaces laws.
• Ensure vehicular inspections every year.
• Covering of construction material at site.
