In light of present heat wave, foll are recommended: –
1. Carry water bottle and stay hydrated.
2. Observe work breaks during peak hours i.e., 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
3. Stay in ventilated place.
4. Wear loose clothing & take cool showers or baths.
5. Use Hat or Wet Towels to avoid Heat Exposures.
